We formulated this blend with intention to support respiratory health with expectorant and soothing herbs.*

TO ENJOY: Add 1/2 - 1 TBSP herb for loose-leaf to your tea infuser of choice, or 1 tea sachet to mug. Steep in 8 oz boiling water for at least 15 minutes. Strain and enjoy!
